Our accommodation features 2 queen beds and 4 single beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additionally, we offer an additional fold-out bed and portacot if needed. For families traveling with young children, we provide a portacot and high chair upon request.
Mirramar House boasts two spacious living areas. One is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, perfect for cozy movie nights. The other living area is strategically positioned to bask in the sun while enjoying a good book or taking in the breathtaking ocean view. Step outside onto the deck, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, and soak in the stunning surroundings.
In terms of amenities, our bathroom features a shower and a separate spa in the bath, with the toilet located in a separate room. Additionally, there is an en-suite attached to the downstairs queen bedroom.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, Mirramar House provides full kitchen facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and oven. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience. We take care of all your self-catering needs by providing all linen and other essential items, whether you're staying for a week or a couple of months. "Too far out of Hobart & not as close to the water as it says it is. Having read your response, I must say that even though it doesn't say ocean front for its location, the pictures provided are very misleading as they're of a beach. Maybe attach those to the other property, not this one. Whilst we're at it, the lounge hadn't been vacuumed in ages as it (still) has food remnants & pistachio shells in its crevices. & the oven hadn't been cleaned. The drip tray was left with foil & fat from the last meal cooked there by others, prior."
"The house was clean and tidy, there was good communication with owners who strived to fix the problems we had. The house was good set up with 2 lounges and DVDs. But the kitchen was lacking; the stove top was locked, The fry pans were too scratched to use and ruined the food. There was minimal supplies and no tea bags, or enough toilet paper for the amount of guests."
"Absolutely beautiful home. Everything you need and more. Alot of thought has gone into setting up this property. Add to that, clean and tidy and easily accessible. "My husband and I lived in Mirramar Park for 7 years and can honestly say that the published view of the beach on the advertisement is not possible from the address published. It is either of the nearby beaches, but certainly not a view from the accommodation."
