One of our most popular events is Jazz Jam, which is back in 2023 for its 5th year. Led by our talented house band featuring Damien Kingston, Tom Robb, and Hamish Houston, this event brings together local and traveling jazz musicians. We also welcome new players, so grab your instrument and join the fun!

We are thrilled to have Nicole Simms-Farrow, a renowned singer and actor, performing at Pablo’s. With 30 years of experience in the music theatre scene, Nicole has mesmerized audiences with her incredible roles in productions such as "Chicago," "Wicked," and "Sweeney Todd." She has collaborated with outstanding musicians at various festivals and is currently working on her first original album. Don't miss the chance to witness her extraordinary talent.

Ally Oliver, a folk singer-songwriter, is another rising star at Pablo’s. Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell and Laura Marling, Ally's emotive lyric writing and simple storytelling captivate audiences. She is currently studying songwriting at The Conservatorium, honing her craft and allowing her unique voice to shine through.

Miah Aplin, a young singer-songwriter specializing in jazz and popular performance and songwriting, is also making waves in the music scene. Influenced by artists like Eloise, Missy Higgins, and Lizzy McAlpine, Miah brings a fresh and captivating sound to our stage.

Joel Imber's performance is not to be missed. With his stripped back acoustic setting and influences ranging from Jeff Buckley to Post Malone, Joel delivers heartfelt and soulful original songs that will leave a lasting impression.

DanJaSoul, a performer based in Hobart, infuses elements of soul, jazz, and R&B into their music. Influenced by the likes of Donny Hathaway, Erykah Badu, and Luther Vandross, DanJaSoul's unique sound reflects their own experiences and is accompanied by a collective of talented local musicians.

Charlie Woods, with their soulful voice and alternative/folk sound, performs a mix of storytelling originals and soul covers. Their smooth guitar and percussion create a captivating atmosphere that will leave you wanting more.

Unearthly Frequency brings vocal acrobatics and storytelling to the table. With influences from artists like Michael Mayo, Moses Sumney, and Allen Stone, this band pays homage to their musical inspirations while adding their own unique touch.
