At Around the Clock Dog Care, we take pride in our professional and dog-first approach to pet care. Our dedicated team aims to not only provide top-notch care for your furry family member but also educate you on how to properly care for them. A typical day at our daycare starts with your pooch arriving in the morning and being introduced to their furry friends. The fun begins with plenty of supervised play and running around to ensure appropriate socialization. For those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, they can simply hang out with us. Around midday, everyone slows down, and we take them to our air-conditioned nap room for a well-deserved break of one to two hours. Once they wake up, we engage them in enrichment-based activities to stimulate their bodies and minds. Those with extra energy can continue playing. As the day comes to an end, we start the pick-up process, and any dogs staying overnight are taken upstairs to our home to wind down for the evening.

Our pricing for daycare varies based on the size of your dog, with small dogs (under 10kg) priced at $50 and medium-large dogs (10kg ) priced at $55. We offer discounts for regular attendance, with a $5 discount for attending twice weekly and a $10 discount for attending three times or more weekly. These discounts are applied per household, so if you have multiple dogs, they all qualify for the discount on their first day. Please note that discounts are applied through a package system and must be charged on the first day of attendance. If the number of days unexpectedly increases during the week, the package cannot be applied retroactively and can only be used for future bookings. Packages expire seven days after the first day is used.

In addition to daycare, we also offer At Home and Play Stays, where your pooch spends the night at your home. We pick them up between 6:30-7:30 am and bring them to us for a full day of daycare and play. In the evening, we take all our At Home and Play Stays back to their respective homes, feed them, and settle them in for the night. On weekends, we arrange for a dog walker to visit them 2-3 times a day, including a walk during one of the visits.

For those who prefer a cage-free setting, we offer Boarding at one of our wonderful pet sitters' homes. Your pooch spends the night there, and we pick them up in the morning for a full day of daycare and play. In the evening, they are dropped off at their sitter's home for some love and cuddles before bedtime, ensuring they are rested and ready for another day of play.

We also provide additional services such as an Exit Wash, priced between $20-$30 depending on the size and coat of your dog, and an On-lead Walk for $20, which takes place outside of daycare and lasts for 20 minutes.

To make things more convenient for you, we offer transportation services for an additional fee. The cost for one-way transportation is $10 for areas such as Wollongong, Coniston, Mangerton, Mt St Thomas, West Wollongong, Gwynneville, and North Wollongong. For areas like Figtree, Keiraville, Mt Ousley, Fairy Meadow, Towradgi, Balgownie, Cordeaux Heights, Cringila, Port Kembla, Unanderra, Corrimal, Berkeley, Lake Heights, and Warrawong, the one-way transportation fee is $15.

Please note that if you need to cancel a daycare booking, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% fee for the day. For boarding, a minimum of three days' notice is required to cancel your booking and receive a refund of your first day's deposit.

At Around the Clock Dog Care, we reserve the right to request pick-up if we encounter any aggression or unacceptable antisocial behavior from a dog. Additionally, we may increase the rate if someone is unavailable to reflect the increased costs required to maintain a safe environment for our team and other guests.

We are dedicated to providing care for your pooches 24/7, with no exceptions. However, we kindly request that customers visit only between the hours of 6:30 am to 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on weekdays. On weekends, our office hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
