"Why do you ALWAYS have to wait for anything no matter what time you go into store. Why is there more staff but still soooooo slow. Why does the staff always look like it's their first day at work and not sure if they're Arthur or Marther. Bad service no matter first thing in the morning. Middle of day. End of day. Doesn't matter weekday or weekend. Is it being run by Indians in Bombay??????"

"A great range of chemist items in a rather large well lit shop. I like that we were greeted at the door in a friendly manner and temperature checked for our own safety. I liked their range and was also pleasantly surprised at the range of "other" more unlikely items like toys that they had on the way out. I was however not impressed by the long wait to be served at the prescription counter as there was no designated queueing area, not alot of room and it was every man for himself. I also did not appreciate the attendant offering unsolicited advice when I knew exactly what item behind the counter I was after and then her telling me that I could only get one when there was more than ample supply. (I was after one for myself and one for my son who suffers the same condition. My wife then had to join the queue to get the cream for our son)"
