"Thank you for our U3A lunch yesterday at The Glass Bistro. The food was delicious (I especially loved the barramundi dish) and the service was warm and friendly. I know we will always have a good time when we come to your restaurant with a group. It is perfect at lunch time with the outlook over the golf course. One other thing - it was so good to have a carpeted floor and we could actually hear each other! So often when we go to a cafe or restaurant with no carpet and lots of hard surfaces the noise is a problem, especially for those of us in the older demographic :)."

"Good breakfast & coffee and the staff were very engaging. I had the big breakfast which was very nice but I felt it a bit underwhelming for its $28 price tag. I also ordered a soy flat white which they absolutely nailed. Often there is foam everywhere and I need an icecream scoop to get rid of it. Not this time though.. well done Glass Cafe!"
"Service & Treatment could have been better, especially from the owner (so she says) we ordered quite a bit of food for lunch, as we drove 2 hours out for a short stay. One of our orders was the steak sandwich. Unfortunately was too chewy & not eatable. I spoke with the waiter in private & quietly & asked for it to be replaced. He was incredible! Unfortunately though... the owner approached us rudely stating 'we have had many orders today & nobody has complained, we can replace it BUT you still need to pay for it as there is nothing wrong with the steak?!' Seriously I couldn't believe my ears! To add, the fish & chips weren't cooked on the inside & one us got really sick after it was eaten. I won't explain what happened next..it simply won't justify anything. Thanks for your hospitality, but we won't be returning."
