"If you could give 0 stars this would be my rating! Unacceptable, rude staff especially by a woman, who luckily for her I forgot her name! I am Italian and I have provided the documents required by law: identity card and driver's license but the woman refused them because I am Italian and not Australian! The woman told me that I'm Italian and can't sell me alcohol !!! Does this mean that a tourist can't buy wine? The local manager should check on his rude employees! I will NEVER come back!"
