"Came to the store dressed down on an unexpected trip for dog food. Noticed dog wormer on clearance for $3 and happily picked up. At the counter it scanned as $18 which I questioned, met by an unfriendly scowl. After a few minutes of serving others the cashier gave up and had a look with me. Turned out I had picked up the exact same wormer but for medium dogs instead of small which was $15 more. After making my purchase I didn’t even get a “would you like your receipt” or “goodbye”. As a manager myself of a store, I’m disgusted at this customer service, I left feeling like a burden for what was supposed to be a quick run of the mill shop. I wouldn’t usually leave a review but this experience was upsetting"
