"Came in the other day and the lack of customer service skills by the young girl on the counter was beyond a joke, why would you say to every customer "I'll try" if a customer says have a good night don't respond with a negative, this was the second time she had said that to me and I'm not going to be back, I'll go to another store where the staff care about their work. UPDATE: Came in today, got served by a tall overweight, guy, yes he said hello and have a good day but his tone and how he was standing while putting things on the shelf made me feel extremely threatened and not welcome, I demand you fire that guy."
