"Absolutely hopeless delivery service. I ordered a parcel from Newcastle to Wollongong 3 weeks ago and have still not received it, says still in transit (will be sitting in the unanderra warehouse) I ordered another parcel Thursday, 4 days ago from the same shop and specifically asked the company not to ship with aramex and use AusPost. I’ve received the later parcel today. I’m still waiting on the first parcel I ordered shipped with aramex from 3 weeks ago!! To be clear this has happened multiple times, aramex unanderra’s service might be cheap, so is your efficiency. So don’t use if you want your parcel within a few weeks"

"Would never use this freight company if I could help it. They have left packages balancing on front fence 3 times now. How is that at front door or a safe place?! Obviously not even trying to leave it at the front door or anywhere else that makes sense. Left in the rain, in the wind, fallen into a garden bed. Just being lazy."
