"Worst “manicure” I’ve ever had. If you could even call it that. Previous shellac wasn’t removed properly, burnt my nails multiple times, didn’t shape them properly, I have multiple slanted/crooked nails plus broken bits on the sides. When the new polish was put down there are huge gaps between the side of my nails which are missing polish. When I pointed these things out to the lady she told me it was my nails and skin that caused this. Wish I refused to pay or even looked at reviews online first. Total waste of $40."

"Absolutely disgusted in their work. I swear the nail tech had no clue what she was doing! All my nails were crooked and when I told her he said “that’s how my nails/fingers went” ahhhh no!! Had to ask her to put more acrylic one at the base so it wouldn’t snap off later (as that’s happened before with them) they are all uneven, different lengths and not properly filed down. They look and feel like bricks!!!! It’s really bad when the customer has to keep correcting the NAIL TECH. She wasn’t paying any attention and even nicked me a few times. This all cost me $45!!!!! NEVER. EVER. COMING. BACK. Ruined my nails!!!! How you call yourself a nail salon and do work like this DISGUSTING!!!"

"Arrived at 2pm, asked for french tip nails with a matte finish. Got told they don't have enough time to do french tip style nails, this was 2 hours before they closed (they shut at 4). Then I got handed some colours to very quickly choose a colour. I asked for a maroon with a matte finish. She did my nails in a rush (SNS), they turned out very lumpy and thick and she worked very messy (all my finger tips are stained red). Then when it came to the top coat they said that sns only comes with a gloss finish, I wasn't told this when I asked for sns with a matte finish from the start. So I walked in wanting matte finished french tip nail design and walked out with high gloss, red stained fingers. And to top it off 3 additional customers came in as I paid and left yet they were supposed to be closing soon and couldn't do my nails in the deign I asked for. Very disappointing paying $50 for a poor nail job and also not even close to the style you went in for. And that because they "didn't have time"."

"I did manicure and they ripped off my fingers. I did eyebrows waxing too and I have wounds everywhere. Please, some people get lucky sometimes. But mostly they are rude, don’t understand what you’re trying to say. I’m even afraid to do manicures in any asian places. My fingers are burning."
