"This couple has zero talent in doing nails. They seem to know the motions but don't actually do a nice job. I paid 75 dollars for the most disgusting set I've ever gotten. The shape wasn't nice, my nails were lumpy and the chick has no idea how to use glitter. Very high price for something I had to go home and spend an hour to fix."

"I couldn't get Into my regular nail place today so I tried Th Nails customer service wasnt overly friendly on arrival but they agreeded to fit me in 30 mins later which I was grateful for. The man did my nails he didn't speak at all throughout the process his filing technique extremely rough, I noticed that the sns wasn't quite to the edge on one thumb, this concerned me so I watched carefully and he did manage to rectify this but his whole technique was rather rough and slap happy, when it came to shaping and buffing the nails I did say I preferred to have the nails on the thinner side he became frustrated with me and said "you should have told me this at the start", I apologised and said I had always told my technician at this point and it had never been an issue. He kept saying I needed to know at the start. He finished the shaping and filing and started putting the top coat on he did one nail when a lady came over and took over, she was much more friendly, she noticed a hair in one of the nais, which had set in the SNS so she had to file the nail down then reapply the SNS she completed the rest of the top coat I paid and left. In the car I realised on closer inspection there were 3-4 nails that had not been smoothed out evenly they were really lumpy, none of the nails where the same shape. They are thick lumpy nails obviously due to the flap happy application and lack of effort put into providing customer satisfaction. I will never be back. I will stick to my usual ladies around the corner who provide me with pleasant customer service and total satisfaction and perfect set of nails every time."

"The worst service we have ever received. To start with Non friendly non smiling staff and total waste of time and money . My daughter and I went for a mani and pedi. On telling the staff that I stil have bad skin on my feet which can be scrubbed out, I was asked to take care of my feet daily and apply lot of cream as they cannot scrub too much coz it will bleed. I know to what extent, if scubbed, the skin bleeds. Please do as the customer says instead of taking out fault in customer's skin. My daughter wanted to dip her feet in water for the pedi experience and the staff suggested me to just do filing n paint but then I had to tell him forcibly to put her feet in warm water. As my daughter didn't knew the whole procedure.. she was happy with the nail paint she got. Super super expensive. Felt I wasted my money. Never ever gonna use this salon for anything."

"I am honestly so disappointed, I will never get my nails done here again nor will I ever recommend your shop to anyone else. Within 1 week 6 of my acrylic nails have come off without any sort of activity that would put too much strain on my nails and cause them to fall off, no they fell off by doing stuff such as moving my pillow to the other side of the bed. One of my nails started bleeding a little while getting them done not sure if that’s normal but since then I now have an infected finger. So atrocious."
