"They advertise heavily discounted items online to draw you in and you also purchase full price items thinking you're still getting a good deal but discounted items are shown as order processing while full price items are already sent out not giving you the opportunity to cancel order. You'll take delivery of full price items and then they will cancel your discounted purchase and charge you again as their system can't refund part of your initial payment. You'll have to wait over a week for your payment to be refunded. Their online customer service is mostly automated and will take days to get a reply so my advice is shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and inconvenience. There are many other online retailers who sell everything Footlocker does at good prices without treating you like just another number."
