"It was alright. Actually the blow-wave was nice. But over the course of my brief time there I was told that my hair ends were dry, my colour was brassy (in spite of having had my colour done a week prior and loving it), and that I had a low hair line. No compliments, just a few cutting little jabs, several of which were intended to get me to buy more products. Dude, I just went for a pre-event blow-wave. I don't appreciate the snark and the up-sell."

"I am so happy with my new hair colors done by Kara. I get lots of ‘love your hair’ comments. The colors really stand out and mix perfectly. The blue/green/purple (which Im told is mermaid like) look fantastic. I particularly want to Thank Kara for her patience with me. I generally have a big fear of hairdressers, but Kara really is a wonderful person and I felt comfortable and safe."
