"Very disappointing experience with the Risden lace up boot from this company, upon unboxing my first pair I found them to be scratched ( this was not the texture of the leather) with multiple eyelets falling out. The staff were helpful and managed to source a second pair after a couple of weeks delay, much to my amazement the replacement pair were just as bad! At this stage I was advised by RM Williams to accept a refund, which I did. I have since visited the Wooten shoe store in Richmond and ordered myself a fully customised, handmade pair of lace up boots - made in Ballarat."
