"They were a bit surprised when I explained I wanted all the dishes. We held back on a few items but basically got everything. The menu was reasonably priced so it wasn't actually outrageous. The share plate formula was engaging in combinations and presentation. Delicious. I enjoyed all flavours. Friendly service, lovely views and modern enviornment. I recommend. There may be more sophicisted menus in town but I feel you can have everything here."

"(Note : rating as an IHG club visitor). Fantastic views of Hobart in 3 directions for both club and public guests. I'm surprised that this area wasn't busier for both food and drinks. I'm rating the food based on club canapes and drinks however both the breakfast for club and the regular guest menu would be from the same kitchen = very nice. Worth a visit. They do high teas in the afternoon too."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aura in Hobart, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance was captivating, radiating an elegant and sophisticated aura. What an unforgettable evening! The menu has a really stunning array of culinary delights that showcase both creativity and culinary expertise. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite. I was particularly impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and the harmonious combinations of flavors! Just a small advice to the team at Aura - The guy wearing glasses and suit who took our order, he didn’t know anything about the menu or the food. Being a vegetarian, I asked him for recommendations but he just went recited the entire vegetarian menu. A little improvement to the service could go a long way. If you're seeking a remarkable dining experience that will leave a lasting impression, you MUST visit Aura. I cannot recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to revisit this culinary gem. Kudos to the Chef!!!"

"Such a fantastic food. Their special scallop dishes hit the top of the flavor. I can feel deep oyster flavor with rich creamy sauce, lemon oil has a kick to balance everything, Soft perfectly cook scallop has sweet flavor in the end. The tastiest scallop I ever had. The salad, come with amazing quality of burrata cheese & Freshest green and colorfull salad just dressed perfect with sweet and sour flavorful dressing. The little dots of mandarin gells are balanced everything properly. It goes amazing with cheese. It's just amazing. The amount of salad was enough to go with other dishes together. I had this salad with my scallops and potato as well. Must have. The Potato & sardines , just amazing. Feel like having another plates. It's very addictive flavors, craving one more.. Super crispy outside, you can feel and hear the sounds. And inside so soft and just melt. Beautifully marinade sardines and hit of ailoi.. I'm happy that I came alone so I could have 2 of them by myself. Staffs are friendly and my drinks was perfect too. Enjoyed the view with great food..amazing. the food worth the hype and yes unitl now the best reasturant I ever try in hobart. Definitely will visit again"

"Went for dining to Aura couple of days back with my partner the view was just amazing loved it and food was such a refreshment tasted fresh and refreshing and we really loved the pork dish and citrus ants which really amazed us big thank you to the chefs and team we will definitely love to visit again soon"
