"Our experience with freedom Warrawong has been terrible. The worst customer service for a $6000 transaction. Our table took months to come and when it arrived it was split. We just accepted it but then the veneer stripped off leaving splinters in my whole family. We requested a warranty replacement and they could not get that sorted so decided on a refund. They picked up our table and assured me the refund would be done. The refund was not done, the manager promised an email notifying of the deposit, once again we have been ignored. Now we have no money and no table. Absolute disgusting service avoid at all costs. We followed all the appropriate channels but this year long saga was terrible."
