Oz Trampolines

"The kids have been bugging me for a trampoline for years, but now my youngest is 5, I decided its time! After reading the reviews of different brands, we decided on Oz Trampolines. Ordering online was super easy, and loved that the ladder and anchor kit is included in the price - plus a bonus story for the kids which has the safety advice in it too. Setting it up was a 2 person job but didn't take us long. The instructions were pretty easy to follow overall, I would have loved a close up picture of certain bits but otherwise it was good. The kids haven't stopped jumping and playing on it, they love it! And I love hearing their laughter and knowing they're exercising without knowing it! Another good thing I love about Oz Trampolines is that I can order extra parts as needed - I cant wait for many, many years of use out of this!"

"Purchased the North 460 Rectangle trampoline for Christmas. The kids absolutely love this trampoline! Quality and bounce is impressive. "Just Prior to Christmas, we realised that the air track we purchased elsewhere did not come with a pump. So we did a quick search and found Oz Trampolines. During COVID, we hoped that with only a little more than a week until Christmas, the pump would make it. It was packed and shipped next business day and made it in plenty of time. Awesome! After only 3 uses, the pump began to smoke and spark. I was cranky as! I knew it wasn't the fault of Oz Trampolines, but still, i was super cranky my daughter could no longer use her expensive air track until we got a replacement. At 6pm on a weekday i called the contact number because according to Google, they were still open. I spoke to a lady who had probably had enough for one day, but was super nice and as helpful as she could be, took my details, put up with me being cranky - I wasn't rude or verbally abusive or anything like that - just frustrated and wanted the impossible. The next day i got a call back from a bloke from Oz Trampolines who was exceptionally helpful and understanding and said he would ship a replacement immediately. He asked me to send him video or pics of faulty unit for warranty purposes, so i did. 2 days later, the new pump arrived and is so far, working perfectly. I wanted to write this review sooner to try and show my appreciation, but I apologise, I've been slack. Good customer service is almost a rarity these days so if you stumble across Oz Trampolines for an item you are chasing, even if by chance they might cost a little more for whatever it is you are looking for, the customer service and after sales service will make it well worth it!"

"I only needed a mat, pad and springs to replace and old ones that lasted over 10 years, for 13 foot frame. I assumed the delivery would take some time given the pandemic. The mat and pads arrived in 4 days. It was then I realised I forgot to order the springs. They arrived another 3 days later. Not only quick, but the tramp is as good as new. My kids love the bounce. These photo's are the old original mat, compared to the new one from Oz Trampolines. Updated: I purchased 7m x 1m Air track December 2020. Again, the product was delivered quickly. The track inflates much quicker than I expected (a couple of mins). Kids love this too."
