"Went in to purchase a jacket that had a $30 sale tag on it. Staff member says "now they were $30 weren't they". Then proceeded to tell me it was actually $40 (the tag had $40 on one side and $30 on the side facing out) and it wasn't their fault someone had turned the tag around. She could do nothing about it but I could wait 15 mins for her manager to come back because she didn't want to have to explain why it was put through cheaper. I've worked in retail 20yrs so of course I don't believe the customer is always right. But in this instance, your staff were at fault and should have honoured their mistake."
