"This shop is currently a "pop-up" shop with no change room - the staff expect you to buy the relevant products and bring them back if they don't fit! The staff member who served me today was rude and slow and obviously didn't want to be there. This is extremely disappointing as when it was a proper store the staff were absolutely fantastic. I'd suggest if you want to shop at Best&Less go to one of their other stores such as Geelong."

"I often buy bits and pieces online and when I went to the store I got just the same fast and helpful service. They don't always have a good range in my size but at least I can try them on and then go online to order in the size I want. They also have click and collect which is helpful if you prefer not to have the parcel delivered to your house."
