Domino's Pizza Hobart

"The only reason I'm giving a bad review online is because I very politely tried to express my dissatisfaction over the phone to the store directly at 7.13pm to receive poor service. Just a very awkward silence. I even politely rephrased myself three times to receive the same silence. The young lady obviously didn't want to be there or offer any sort of customer service. Warning ⚠️ do not order the pasta loaded pizzas. Just tasteless. Grossly uneven and to date.. the worst pizza I've had in my life. Maybe some salt and Parmesan would've fixed this. They were poorly made, much like the service I received at pick up, was around 6.45pm and over the phone."

"With yummy pizza I got a complementary big plastic piece in it, my son nearly swallowed when he found something very brittle big triangular transparent plastic in his mouth, this could be so dangerous to anyone who would’ve swallowed it. I talked to the manager, he was very nice and offered me a compensation of another pizza but still my concerns were health and safety :("

"I think you guys should fix the door. The experience was fine except the door near flying into my 10 year olds face and also cutting a chunk from my knuckle as I 'pressed down HARD' Like your sign said while leaving the store. Service and order was great"

"1 hr and 45 minute wait for one pizza and two sides. Called up twice. First time I was told it was a half hour away. Second time I was told that I never placed an order, then they finally ‘found’ my order in their system. I was told they hadn’t even started cooking it - I was then told it was on its way, how could it if they hadn’t even started cooking it? Finally got the food; it was cold, burnt and food missing. I was so over it at this point. I checked to docket that was printed out on my food delivery, and they time stamp on the print out was for 10 minutes after my complaint phone call and getting frustrated. My was it so difficult to make one pizza? Plus two sides and give the drink? Luckily enough I don’t live here and I’m only in the area for work. I would give a negative star rating, however there is no option for this. Avoid this food store if you value your hard earned cash - I would have been better throwing my money in the bin, less of a headache really."
