Pizza Hut Bell Post Hill

"Ordered a specific time for delivery an hour in advance, arrived almost 45 minutes late. One pizza had not been cut and all of the toppings were in one corner of the box as though it’d been tipped. Had to manually cut both pizzas, and put the potato gems in the air fryer because they were barely cooked. Taste was very good though, thankfully. We don’t order take away often but I have to say I was regretting not just cooking."

"Constantly gets order wrong. Paid on app for 2 Hawaiian pizzas with extra cheese which costed $5 more than standard. Get there to collect and told to wait another 5 minutes. Returned to be told the lady lost our slip and couldn't remember order and gave me 2 standard pizzas. Said grab any 1 drink pointing at the cans. Normally i don't complain but when its either constantly incorrect i feel as though they need to get feedback in order to improve the service."

"very bad pizza. Ordered spicy veggie pizza. They just put four pieces of capsicum and 3 prices of jalapenos on large pizza. The pizza tasted bad. Rude staff member, poor customer service."

"Ordered two bbq chicken pizzas. Got pizza devoid of toppings and full of just sauce. Don't bother asking for refund or new pizzas. Not going there again. Will buy Coles frozen instead."

"Not only is my order incorrect which was a small issue but the order was also soggy and a sag in the bottom of the box. My chicken wings were opened when handed too me by the rude delivery driver who said it’s not his problem the order is wrong and I have to deal with it because he doesn’t make the food. So finally get the customer service centre and surprise surprise they could not contact the store. I sent the order back with the rude driver who was smoking in his car with the food. I contacted customer service again after not hearing anything for 30 min and requested a refund and got told I need to file a complaint (CUS5289) and that the store owner will contact me in 20 minutes. That was well over an hour ago. Still no food, no refund or phone call. So I guess I’ll have to go through my bank and contact the health department now."
