"I experienced the worst customer service at spend less shoes shellharbour today. I was advised to put on the disposable stockings which I did, then for another staff member to come up and say to me "Your not wearing the stockings are you" when trying on the shoes- The way she said it was so rude . I had the stockings on while trying on the shoes. My mum and I were belittled the whole time we were in the store with the staff watching over our shoulder at every moment like we were doing something wrong. In the end I ended up leaving and not even buying a pair of shoes because I felt so uncomfortable in this shop!!!! No goodbye no Thankyou when we left they just said "You keep the disposable stockings " I will NOT be back here again and I really hope they find better staff here. Also the ladies who worked there were putting the wollongong store down by saying how bad the organisation is there. Disgusting."
"Horrific customer service. 7th July, the employee working this day belittled my partner and I continuously until we left. I hope this is not a reflection of the attitude of the company. Even though I loved all 3 pairs of shoes, it's hard to treat yourself to something nice when you've been made to feel like you need to leave. What a shame."
