"So unhappy. Bought two pairs of shoes this afternoon for a work trip to Adelaide. Packing my bag tonight only to discover that the salesperson has only packed one boot in the box. I leave on a plane at 6am tomorrow so have no way of fixing it, all my outfits relied on that boot. To top it off she put the receipt in the other bag, then transferred that pair of shoes to another bag because it wasn't big enough and left the receipt. I now have no proof of purchase and one boot! So not happy!"
