"I was in the store today & was served by Cara. Cara was an absolute delight, and even though I visited during a busy period (with all changerooms full) she was incredibly attentive. Her ability to multi-serve whilst having a smile on her face was beyond exceptional. There was another lady working in the store but I didn't see or hear her greet or approach anyone, so that really highlighted Cara's customer service to me.
