"Online store is a scam. I bought a pair of pants and paid for express postage but they haven’t arrived. When I emailed the store my order number and asked where they were 2 weeks later, they responded with someone else’s order details. I said they had the orders mixed up but I got no response. I haven’t heard anything further and it’s been over 3 weeks, still haven’t received my order. This business is painfully incompetent and the worst small business I’ve ever dealt with."
"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS “BUSINESS”. In today’s day and age, supporting small business is more important than ever, however when small business doesn’t support their customers are they worth supporting? The answer here is definitely no. I attempted to return an item from this store that had all original tagging and packaging still attached and, was not only refused, but was implied by the owner of being a lair who had worn, washed and damaged the item. What really shows how poorly this place treats their customers is that I sent the item back to it’s brands head quarters and they happily exchanged the item for the right size. Do yourself a favour and search for the exact same items for 20-30% cheaper at sites like SurfStich or the Iconic. Would give 0 stars if I could."
