"And they wonder why we shop on line. Shocking customer service today. I went in today with money to spend and in search of an outfit. After being in the shop for at least 15minutes, No one even acknowledged me let alone asked if I needed help. I picked up several pieces and tried them on without anyone saying anything at all to me. I needed a different size and had to get dressed go out get another size and go back in to try it on. I walked out intending to buy it but again absolutely no acknowledgement. I put the dresses back on the rack, sarcastically thanked the girl working there for her help and walked out. I bought elsewhere today because of the shocking customer service. You need to train your staff in how to treat customers."
