"Thank you so much to the staff at Nardi's! We booked for a birthday dinner and just after ordering our meals there was a local power outage which meant dining in dim light (added to the atmosphere : ) ) and some last minute menu changes. The staff were very attentive and coped with the unexpected circumstances with professionalism and a positive attitude. A lovely night out and we'll be back to try the pizzas another night! Thank you."

"Used to be great with gluten free options, now they can no longer even offer vegetables GF. The food was overly salty, really disappointing. Service was good and they went to the kitchen to check on the sides (ie is anything gluten free - answer was no). Seeing as 2 of my family of 4 require a GF diet we won’t be back which is a shame because it used to be a favourite."

"Very disappointing dining experience tonight for Mother’s Day. We arrived on time for our reservation and waited 40 minutes for someone to serve us and take our order. In the time we were waiting we waved 2 people down one saying just one moment and never came back. We then had to get up and physically ask someone if someone could come please come and take our order and no one seemed interested. When our food and drinks arrived for our three courses each time our drinks were plonked on the end of the table with no care leaving it to us to distribute the drinks to each person. Similar service and care factor with the food, reaching over people putting the plates in front of another person and not walking around to each person individually. There was an instance where the server reached over someone who was still eating their meal to collect an empty plate in front of someone else. The food was mediocre at best and was very disappointing. I will not be returning in the future and would not recommend this restaurant to others."

"Absolutely 10/10. We enjoyed a date night here and it was perfect. Ordering was easy, food was super fresh, delicious and exactly what we ordered. The service was 10/10 too. Super attentive and kind staff. Made us feel welcome and were so professional & friendly.. absolutely will go back again next time we’ll bring our kids."

"Have been driving past here for quite a while and thought we'd try it out last Saturday. The restaurant had only been open an hour and when ordering our meals my wife wanted lamb shanks, but that choice was already not available which was disappointing for her. She ended up having the chicken schnitzel which was overcooked and nearly bounced off the plate when she tried cutting it. She had a sparse amount of veg with it, being 2 slices zucchini, 4 green beans, 4 halves of potato and one slice of capsicum all hidden under the schnitzel. It was also very dry having no sauce with it. I had spaghetti bolognese which was at least hot and not too bad. It was very cold in the restaurant the whole time we were there which didn’t make the dining experience nice. Everyone around us was eating while still wearing their coats. It was also very bright which didn’t add to the atmosphere and not even any background music which also would have made it better. There was a long wait to ask for dessert and a long wait to ask for the bill. And it wasn't that busy. It was too cold to have a long wait for anything. I don’t know if it was where we were sat? A table for two near the toilets. We hope this was a one-off as it didn’t make our visit pleasant, was memorable for the wrong reasons and didn't make us feel we wanted to go back there."
