"Ordered one of the specials (steamed barramundi) & a fish/ chips with grilled barramundi. Not cheap. The fish was cooked perfectly & was the best I’ve had in a while, however chips were cold and salad was a bit underwhelming. Service & atmosphere was nice."
"What a cute little restaurant, I recommend you book ahead of time and online as table availability can be difficult at times. I would not recommend you bring children as this has more of an intimate setting. As the majority of the tables are small, the young waitress had not recognised and she had evidently not communicated with the kitchen as to when to start preparing the main meals for the table. She struggled to find table space for the mains on the little table as the entrees were still being attended too. As the pay rate it high for these casuals, I expect those to do their job and actually use their brain instead of the owner taking the responsibility for this. The menu is just great and the flavours delivered from the kitchen were amazing, this was not our first time here and we will continue to return BUT I’ll have a word to the table waiter to bring entrees and mains out to the table once an entree has been finished. Parking can be quite difficult, add some time to for your car park."
"Amazing lobster club sandwich!! I would highly recommend it. The grilled fish and chips were great too. Also try the iced tea: chamomile, lime and lychee, delicious. The atmosphere was really nice with the outdoor seating and festoon lighting. Service was friendly. Great place."
"The Good Food Guide rated this place pretty highly. The special was entree S&P calamari and main fish and chips (cod). Both were beautiful. We really loved our meals. Crispy and tasty including a lovely house made tartare. A couple of issues. We ordered 2 entrees and 3 mains. The mains came out first, then the entrees. Our waitress said she assumed we wanted it all at the same time, no we didn't. The other was the music which was quite loud and positioned right behind us so it was difficult to have a conversation. These small issues meant we were done in around 30 minutes, too fast for a night out."
"Awesome restaurant with a great vibe close to the beach. Food and cocktails were delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the king prawn pancake, sambal lobster bun and blue swimmer crab dumplings and all were super tasty and would recommend."
