"We unfortunately missed a flight so were looking for a last minute booking for 7 people. These guys fitted us in and were super accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. Rachel in the restaurant was AMAZING. She was so friendly and patient with kids. She was in the restaurant by herself, but met everyone’s needs and exceeded our expectations. The kids voted her “best waitress ever!”. I totally agree. Thank you Rachel. Thank you all for making a particularly stressful time a nice memory."

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced at an accor property world wide Significantly under staff - reception, bar and restrurant In mid winter no extra blankets or doonas in the entire hotel - nothing spare in housekeeping according to the duty manager Albeit The hotel was not 100% full ( car park 10% full at best ) duty manager could not take a doona from another room to give to me, because they were the only ones working. Unbelievable, lack of level of customer service and care, truly not deserving of the Accor banner well appointed room, however, terribly uncomfortable and rockhard king bed, the airport tarmac would be more comfortable The only bright spot in this place is the restrurant breakfast fair value and fresh"
