We understand that income can sometimes be a concern, which is why we accept anyone on a government benefit or in employment. Unlike many other housing options, we do not require a bond. Instead, we only ask for two weeks' rent in advance.

Every tenant must pass a drug test to reside in one of our houses and agree to continue with regular drug tests while living here. - Carrington House: This is a very quiet house located in the back streets of Carrington. It is particularly suitable for young men under the age of 30, and the atmosphere is respectful. This house features a large in-ground swimming pool, although children are not allowed on this site at any time.

- Mayfield House: Our biggest house, spread over a 2000 square meter site with four main buildings. This house is open to all men and offers large rooms with double bunks, making it ideal for men who have their children either living with them or staying over regularly.
