"Where do I start. First appointment was back in March. Despite clear instructions given on the colour, it was wrong. I called and told them I wasn't happy. To their credit, they deducted the colour price off my next appointment, scheduled in June . I attended in June and was asked several times if I wanted a cut, too. I said only if we had time, and I only wanted a half mm trim. As it turned out, we did run out of time, so I didn't get the trim. My hair colour was initially better but then started to turn quite yellow. I had another appointment booked for the middle of August, as I decided to give them one last shot at getting it right. I called and brought my appointment forward by a week as I really disliked how brassy my hair was turning. Upon arrival, I told the stylist that my hair was too brassy. No problem, she said, we can leave the toner on a bit longer. All good, I thought. She asked me if we were cutting my hair today as we ran out of time in June. I clearly stated that I only wanted a tiny fringe trim (as I do this myself) and a smidge off the ends. NOT A HAIR CUT. The colour was a little better this time. Then the ✂️ came out, and my fringe and the ends were minutely trimmed (as instructed). It took her less than 3 minutes. So you can imagine my surprise when I went to pay and was charged - are you ready for this - $110 FOR A TRIM. I kid you not. I was in shock. So, since last Friday (almost a week), I have been calling the Salon to speak with someone about this ridiculous charge. All I get is an answering machine. So getting your hair done is quite the luxury atm, given how expensive everything is right now. And I'm more than happy to pay for services I receive, but not a price gauge like that. Hopefully, this review will get their attention, and someone will return my calls.. Update - tried the salon again this morning and finally got to talk to someone. Was abruptly told that 'as soon as the scissors come out, regardless of what you want, the price is the price'. I advised that if I had of known what an outrageous charge it was going to be, I would have said don't do it. To which I received this response 'well, you could of asked'. So, as the CUSTOMER, I am being blamed here. The total bill was $330 and guess what, my hair is going brassy AGAIN."

"The staff there are lovely and the service is good but the hair colour is totally different from what I expected, i was asking for a white grey tone, I have experienced to tiny the similar colour tone before, and I got it by once. And I felt like here is not professional as they said. I felt like my hair colour is not much different after its done and the price was not cheap.The hair colour is very uneven, it didn’t look it just got done and is not professional at all."
