"my engament ring was purchased from your store a couple of years ago, it is 18 crt white gold, I have a care plan, which includes to get my ring rhodium plated which that is fine, I have taken it in a couple of time last year to get this done, which required me getting my ring back and still not being a white gold, I had to get it done again a week later. a couple of weeks ago I go it done again I explained to the sales assistant that my wedding was coming up and I need it done properly this time. I received it back and could tell straight away it wasn't done correctly and still was yellow and was still not cleaned properly . I had to pay $125 to another jeweler who did it perfect the first time. it's annoying, when you pay for a service, your shouldn't have to keep sending your ring back to get it done again."
