"Would not recommend this place! They tempt you to buy prepaid packages then when you show up tell you that it’s expired and you have to pay for your appointment. No one emailed me or warned me of the expiration period. In fact when I bought it, the girls booked me in at a time when it would have already be expired! And the managers and head office don’t pick up when there’s a problem. Incredible. Would not recommend this place at all!"

"I had booked my upcoming appointment at their store and purchased pre-paid treatment for my skin. Day before treatment, they told me, person got sick, which is understandable and then she mixed my laser appointment with skin treatment. In return, she was saying, she is not sure when I will get my skin treatment till next month. Do they think I am free all time to check online to reschedule appointment? They waste your time, money and in return, they give you worst services, which includes lack of cooperation and poor communication Please don’t waste your money and time to visit kotara west store."

"I was really disappointed with the service here. I was booked in for laser hair removal; a full leg and Brazilian at 8.25pm on a Thursday night, the last appointment of the day. I arrived at 8.35pm (10 minutes late I concede) and was told I couldn’t have the full leg because of “stock take” (no mention of my lateness being the reason). I accepted my lateness would impact on the service, but did ask that she include the back of my upper legs however by 8.44pm my whole appointment was over! I then asked the clinician if she would mind at least doing my navel area quickly, she agreed and I was still at the counter paying before 8.50pm! When I questioned how speedily the consultant had rushed through my treatment she answered that she was simply “very quick” at doing it. At which point I have to ask, why, if that is the case, she couldn’t have indeed done my full leg (or at least a half leg) since the opening hours are until 9pm and she’s so very efficient. Or why she could not have at least taken the time to mark out the area with a highlighter properly as every other operator has done in my experience at laser clinics, to ensure she hadn’t missed spots. Maybe with the extra time she could’ve not rushed through it without even changing the laser head between areas (from leg to Brazilian) effectively performing laser to a Brazilian area exclusively but no bikini line area at all. I’ve never been so rushed through a laser hair removal treatment, they have all taken more time and the clinician’s more care and attention to detail. I was so disappointed as I’d come a really long way to have the appointment and it was clear the clinician just wanted to get out of there early; it was so so unprofessional. Finally, I was charged $87.50 for a careless Brazilian, snail trail and a patch at the backs of my legs when a Half Legs + Brazillian + Underarms is currently advertised for $75. I left there really annoyed."
