"Recently had a Aqua 6 step facial usually I have 5step Microdermabrasion but decided it’s winter so I needed more hydration! these products where on 50% special the Aqua step was $99 & the Micro was $49 but due to having crowns I couldn’t have the 6step Aqua facial which at the time of purchase this didn’t state that with any type of metal in the mouth it’s recommended not to have the 6step but the 4step which when told at time of my appointment I went with the 4step Aqua facial! A $20 credit was given at the time due to the pricing differences. The Aqua facial wasn’t worth the extra! I feel that the the Microdermabrasion 5step is a better value as you can buy two (when on special) two Micro for the price of one Aqua facial! I felt that I was more hydrated after my 5step Micro facial then after the 4step Aqua facial."

"I have seen cosmetic nurse Emily 3 times now and she is always a joy to deal with. I really thought I would feel intimidated by a cosmetic nurse or that I would feel pressured to go over my budget etc, but Emily is just so warm and friendly. She works within the budget I have given her and has always listened to what I want and don't want. So despite being a self-conscious person covered in freckles, with tiny lips and about 3 chins, she has never suggested i undergo any treatment that I haven't specifically asked for and I can't stress how much I appreciate that!! She makes me feel happy and confident :-)"

"At least five young staff congregating at reception upon my first visit, appeared to be chatting casually. This not only looked unprofessional but made me feel overwhelmed. Witnessed a client be turned away for arriving 4 minutes late for her appointment. Unsurprising she was not impressed. The therapist kept calling her "lovely" when trying to diffuse the situation, I felt this to be condescending. When she asked to speak with the manager she was infomered that she was on break for 1 hour and would not be back until 2pm. Poorly and unprofessionally handled. I felt as though it would have been completely reasonable to squeeze her in. I expressed my discomfort to my therapist when in the treatment room and her attitude was completely careless. She explained that the ladys appoinment was only 5 minutes long and as she was 4 minutes late, her time had lapsed. My skin treatment was satisfactory, nothing I wont find elsewhere. Its important to feel valued as a customer and I did not feel this way. Based on my experience today, I won't be back."
