Our flagship beer, Sneaky One, is a true crowd-pleaser. With an Australian Pilsner Malt base and a touch of Australian wheat, it offers a smooth and refreshing experience. This beer is low on bitterness but boasts a subtle hop aroma from NZ Pacifica and German Tettnang hops. At 4.2% ABV, it is the perfect choice for any occasion.

For those seeking a bolder flavor, our Indian Pale Ale is a tribute to the pioneering brewers who pushed the boundaries of a Pale Ale. This U.S. West Coast style IPA features an Australian malt base and a blend of U.S. Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra hops. With balanced bitterness, tropical hop aromas, and a hint of malt sweetness, this beer will satisfy any hop lover. It has a 6.2% ABV and is available in singles, 4 packs, and cartons.

If you're in the mood for something unique, try our Lockdown Lager. Originally intended for tap only, we made it available in cans due to the lockdowns. This dark coppery red beer offers delightful light caramel and toffee flavors. As soon as you crack open the can, you'll be greeted with an intense citrus hop aroma from the generous use of US Cascade and Citra hops. With subdued bitterness and a 4.9% ABV, it's a beer you'll want to savor.

As proud residents of Newcastle, we pay homage to our city's rich coal heritage with our Coal Porter. This black beauty features a base pilsner malt from Voyager Malt in the Riverina, NSW, along with rolled oats for smoothness. We add light caramel and dark wheat malts from Germany, and use all Tasmanian hops for bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Fermented with a U.S. west coast yeast, this beer offers caramel, toffee, and subtle chocolate flavors with a smooth finish. It has a 4.7% ABV and is available in singles, 4 packs, and cartons.

Founder and owner Lachlan MacBean has been immersed in the Australian brewing industry for 18 years. As a qualified brewer and international beer judge, he brings his expertise and passion to every pint of beer we produce. With the support of his family and the local community, Lachlan has grown Grainfed Brewing Company since 2010.
