Reviews
"Nice looking big beach, looks fairly calm, nice lookout up the top. We also saw a few dolphins."
"A must-go when travelling out of Sydney! Do note the tide level as it is only accessible during low tide. We visited the beach at approximately 12noon when the lowest tide is at 1pm at 0.4m and the cave beach is easily accessible. There are still some puddles that you need to avoid if you plan to stay dry, so do watch your time (in case the tide comes in when you are leaving the caves). This is easily accessible from the carpark. We went to the biggest carpark with many lots and there is clean toilet and shower facilities available. The caves are just less than 10mins walk away (flat ground), so suitable for families. We spent about an hour there and it wasn't crowded at 12noon in June. There are many beaches in and around Sydney, but this one is the best in my opinion (plus the amazing clear blue sky)."
"One of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to, full of caves to explore! Go at low tide so you can access the caves, and off peak to avoid big crowds! Incredible beauty and well worth the visit"
"Wide beach with fine sand dunes. Didn't get to explore the inside of the cave as the waves were very strong despite being low tide. Nice beach to walk along and watch the high surf waves being blown up by the strong cold wind. There's a long parking area near the Stuart Chalmers Park. Easy access to the beach from the parking area."
"Great view, easy access to the caves when you plan ahead based on tide graph. Lots of car park and complete amenities. Highly recommend!"
