"My friends and I went late Saturday night (22nd July) and we had a really awful experience. We went through the drive thru and the girl on the other end of the speaker must’ve had a bad day. However, this did not justify the way she treated us. She belittled us when we ordered and nearly refused us service because we were speaking too loud into the speaker. The biscoff storms were good, but we were so disappointed by the way we were treated :("
"Worst fast food experience of my life, the girl taking the order took forever to understand what we were ordering (2 meals) and then when we got to the pay window apparently our order didn’t exist so again had to re-tell the entire order. At the pick up window the girl asked if this was our order. Which was completely wrong again. So again had to tell them our order for the 3rd time. Was handed two small drinks when one was a medium. And lastly when eating the food. The nuggets were cold, cheeseburger was dry and bbq bacon burger had no bacon. I feel terrible for the extremely young staff that are obviously not trained."
