"It is absolutely horrendous and awful, they can’t speak English can’t take your order and charge you $20 just for snack pack with no chips. And it’s still not much better than normal snake pack. I paid $20 for this much food and it’s one of the worst kebab shops in Newcastle. The is place is a rip off"
"The server did not listen to the order. asked for fish and chips about 5 times. Also, question the price as it didn't work out with what was on the board. Servers spent too much time playing with phones or walking around doing nothing. You need to try harder with your customer service as it sucks at the moment."
"Came in for a kebab about half an hour ago, the person who served me was on her phone when I walked in. She only bothered to put one glove on while making my kebab, didn’t wash her hands, after using her phone and touched my food with her ungloved hand. Extremely unhygienic as phones are one of the dirtiest things we carry, it’s common sense to wear two gloves and wash your hands before food service, extremely unimpressed."
