"Oh my gosh the blonde lady is so rude. I am shocked the uni allows this behaviour as well towards students. A form of bullying. She is extremely rude and if you ask her for a particular order or request she will start fighting back at you and bullying you to make you regret asking. She needs to work on customer service if she wants to grow a business. It was the first time i went there but will not go again. Terrible service. Ruined my whole day. There are plenty of coffee shops on campus, i thought i would give it a go. Mind you the coffee wasnt the best. Honestly ruined my day."

"Good coffee but extremely poor customer service. Also, the cafe owner/manager (blonde hair) treats her staff in such an appalling manner. No wonder her staff don’t stick around for long. I wish there were more coffee places on campus because I definitely don’t want to be supporting this business."

"I enjoyed their sandwiches but like others have said, awful customer service. Made a reasonable request which was met by a grunt and rolled eyes, then promptly ignored. It doesn’t take much to be kind. I feel like if you hate your job that much maybe go do something else. Looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere."
