"Definitely the worst haircut I’ve ever had and the person that cut my hair was abrupt and rude making me very uncomfortable. When I told the barber what I wanted done, I was told it was impossible and was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was asking for despite it being what I always ask for (and what my other barber gives me every time I get my hair cut). Nevertheless, she told me what she would do and I thought it sounded similar to what I asked for anyway so I agreed. It turned out nothing like she made it sound. Part of my side burn was missed when shaping it and the shape was completely different to the other side burn, the hair is all uneven with strands of long hair sticking out, the one side isn't blended properly and the top is a hack job. I’ve had to go and pay someone else to fix it because I can’t stand to look at it, it’s that bad. On top of it all the person was ranting to me the whole time about the store not getting any business which was super awkward and uncomfortable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place/the barber. If I could give it a zero star rating I would."

"Don't go here for a haircut. I can feel that the hairdresser wants to take my hair seriously, but he obviously has not received the training of ladies' hairdressing. He can only cut men's hair. He is unfamiliar with scissors. He doesn't know how to cut it. My hair is ruined. Because I'm going to a party tomorrow and need to have my hair cut temporarily, the barber shop I usually go to has no time to receive me. But met such an irresponsible barber I can see that he lacks many steps. He always asks me "What else does he need to do" in a very unsure manner. But I don't know how to answer him, because I don't know how to cut hair. This made me very frightened. He had cut half of my hair before he showed that he did not understand ladies' haircuts. I was charged 39, and the barber I used to go to charge me 25. I paid generously because I didn't want to quarrel, but I was very reluctant. Because I straightened my hair after I went home, and found that he made a big mistake. He cut my right back hair very short by mistake. To cover up the mistake, he cut my right hair shorter than I required. Because he started cutting from the back of my head, I found and stopped him when he cut to the front. So after I straightened my hair, it was obvious that the hair on the right side was very short. He covered up his mistakes and charged high fees. I'm really angry now. Now it is the beginning of summer. He cut my hair so short that he ruined this summer. I bought a lot of nice clothes and planned my trip. He destroyed it all."

"WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! My normal barber is on holidays so I rolled the dice and chanced my hand at this place and I would have been better off not getting it cut at all. It was the quickest hair cut I've ever had. Rushed and unprofessional. Around my ears are uneven and half done. It looks like a 3 year old hacked at it. My hair on top was dry hacked. No water, no combing to even out the hair before cutting it. This is the first review I've ever left a barber because it was that bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I read the reviews before I went but I didn't think a short back and sides tidy up in 2020 was that difficult. Save yourself the money and cut your own hair, you'll get a better result, terrible. Doesn't even deserve 1 star."
