If you're an avid angler, mark your calendars for Let's Fish Lake Mac 2023! This annual catch-and-release-style open fishing competition is back for its third year, spanning over two days in November. Anglers of all abilities are invited to wet a line in Bolton Point and have a chance to win big.

In terms of community updates, please note that the NSW Rural Fire Service will be undertaking a hazard reduction burn off Osland Road, Freemans Waterhole on Wednesday 30 August, weather permitting. Additionally, there will be changes to Blacksmiths Beach access from Maneela Street as the council completes track maintenance and re-direction to protect our coastal dunes and ensure safe access.
