Tearne has been working in the early learning sector for six years and holds a Bachelor of Education Birth to 12yrs. She firmly believes in the power of individualized education and creating an environment that supports the needs of children, families, educators, and the community.
We offer a range of services to support families, including our Subsidy Estimator tool, which helps you determine your eligibility for Child Care Subsidy. Additionally, we have vacancies available and invite you to explore career opportunities with us. Goodstart at Home is another initiative that allows parents to enrich and extend their child's learning at home through play.
Convenient parking is available on-site at the front of our building, and there is plenty of off-site parking in the surrounding area. Our location in Tuggerah business park is easily accessible, just a short drive from Westfields Tuggerah.

"Goodstart Tuggerah is the most amazing childcare centre I have experienced. As an ex educator and a mother I can honestly say I do not believe you will find better anywhere. From the interactions and language used with the children, planing activities, linking to the curriculum, experiences offered, communication with parents and families and the amazing community spirit; you could not ask for more. The knowledge, skills and passion of the educators and all other staff is second to none. They have a fantastic balance of male and female educators which I personally believe is a credit to their centre. The indoor and outdoor area are spacious and are always set up with interesting and inviting activities. The centre has indoor/outdoor play so the children have choice. They have regular incursions/excursions to add to the children's experiences. Nutritious and delicious meals are provided. Families are given every opportunity to provide feedback and give suggestions. I wish I could give more stars. I can not name a single negative. Highly Recommend!"
"The best day care centre ever!! The staff are absolutely amazing, the facilities are fantastic - I love that there is such a big outdoor play area, and it's open for kids to mingle with kids from other rooms. They regularly update their toys/resources/play stations to keep the kids entertained, and tailor learning experiences to the kids' interests. I also found staff to be very accommodating during transition periods, for example when we were toilet training they supported my son and tolerated him wetting his pants on a pretty regular basis for a few weeks until he mastered going to the toilet! I would absolutely recommend this centre to anyone!!"
"This is a FANTASTIC early learning centre that I can not recommend highly enough. Our little one loves it, and as parents we are very impressed. The rooms are full of highly trained staff who always greet you with a smile and have information about your child's day when you arrive to collect them. There is an online portal with lots of information and pictures, so you never feel like you are missing out on your child's development. The centre is well presented and the outdoor area is awesome. All the staff are great and all meals & snacks are provided too."
