"Staff do not follow covid safe measure yet blast random customers who do, male staff spent the entire time he was lecturing me about forgetting to sign in rubbing his hands on his face and mask all the while not once asking anyone else to sign in or touching sanitiser. Haha how gross, hipocritical and plain rude. Another seperate encounter I spilt slushie at the counter. I apologised and told the staff so it could be cleaned. The staff snapped "Yeah I see the mess you made" absolutely no need for staff to be so rude"

"This is my local servo as I live close, I go here everyday sometimes multiple times a day if necessary, overall I've had a pleasant experience except for one staff member who is outright rude and angry all the time, she is named Sharon and usually works the evening/night shifts...everytime I go over when she is working she is never at the front counter she is always out the back with the door locked, I have to ring the doorbell multiple times which is loud enough to be heard outside as well as every inch of the store and I end up having to wait for over 5 minutes sometimes or for another car to pull in before she opens the door and when she serves me she gets huffy with me trying to rush me back out the door so she can lock it again... But tonight when she did it, she must have forgotten that she had not put her facemask back on after doing and the smug look she gave me while she was serving me was really nice, pretty sure all Coles staff members should be wearing a mask while serving customers."
