"What a lovely cosy beachside restaurant. Visited on a Saturday arvo and was hardly busy. Really crunchy fresh fries, good Tucker, good price!"

"Loved the resort layout, beautiful gardens. We didn't have time to eat as was only a stop over but would definitely stay again. Only negative comment is the room we stayed in needs some new carpet or wooden floor - lour daughter's room had wooden floor, and it looked amazing. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and very welcoming."

"We grabbed some takeaway hot chips and coffee here. Hot chips were crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside and made up fresh which was great. Coffees were a bit slow to come out even though it didn’t seem very busy but were well made - medium strength and good temperature."

"The place really is a bit of a mess when it's busy. You seat yourself and got to call a waiter to clear the tables. Hopefully they can get more staff to accommodate better service in the future. The food was good, but not worth the hefty price tag. At over $30 a pop I expected a bit more than I got. Most of the food we ordered was bland outside of the burger which was saved by a good tartare sauce. I was adding salt to everything event my own chips. The mussels had a putrid smell to them but the sauce they sat in redeemed it a bit... Food came out pretty quickly and drinks were priced and tasted decent but presented very well. I love the anchor. The decor and cleanliness of the place was good. The pizza and steak looks pretty on the plate so maybe they would be better things to order."
