"Very average accomodation but also an average price. The room was not very clean to the point where I’m not even sure if they mop the floors ever. Other than cleanliness issues, the bed was comfortable and the location was good for us being across the road from Hamilton station."

"I booked accommodation here 2 months in advance and called them to check everything was ok and to update details less than a week before. However arrived on the day to be told that the booking had been cancelled because they couldn’t get in touch with me and my payment method failed. Both lies. My credit card was fine and they had 3 different phone numbers I had given them that they could have called. They didn’t try ANY of them. I’m sure the real reason is because I got an early booking discount and they decided to cancel my booking and get big last minute dollars from someone else. Absolutely horrendous service and I thoroughly advise avoiding them at all costs."

"I stayed 1 night and found the apartment to be clean & tidy, and the staff were helpful. I left an item behind and the staff arranged for postage (at my expense as you’d expect), which was very much appreciated! Lots of negative reviews on here, which goes to show that people do not check locations before booking. Yes it’s across the road from a train station, and yes it’s across the road from a pub. It’s noisy until late, but you really should be checking the location before booking accommodation. The bedroom had soundproofing, and I slept like a baby with only one train horn waking me briefly at sunrise. Popped in the earplugs and didn’t notice it again. Moral of the story is plan ahead and use common sense when you book."

"The room was very good, modern, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Two issues: the apartments are close to Hamilton Station level crossing - train horns sounding throughout the night. Secondly, after-hours support is abysmal. Attempted to book a carpark after hours, receptionist could not understand my request so finished up parking in the street. Next morning, on returning from breakfast, I was locked out of my apartment, could not access the foyer using the keypad. Called after-hours support four times without success. Had to wait outside the building until 9:00am when support switched back to local person who provided access via the garage."

"I stayed here for over a month pending a border pass to return home to Queensland. The apartment was clean, spacious, had good natural light, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer/dryer. The staff were so lovely and flexible with my situation, and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable, offer fresh bedding and towels etc. I was in an apartment off the street and found it generally quiet - although there is a pub across the road that can get noisy, as it is a busy area, but nothing a pair of headphones or earplugs won't solve. Close to shops and public transport, very easy to get around from here. Highly recommend. Thank you for being so accommodating during my stay!"
