"Went for scan , and the report was not available for 7 days , when asked i was told this is the Australian standard , but the doctor gets the report immediately !when pressed they said i could return and pick up the report ?? lack of communication and really don’t understand ??"

"I called at 8 am for an urgent ultrasound to check on my baby. They got me in immediately and everyone was so incredibly supportive and professional. The girls at the counter were quick and got me in and out without any issues. Thankyou guys !"

"Nurse and staff where ok but the organisation is terrible i had to do a ctca scan and they said I will be in next in about 20 min as I sat waiting g they kept puting people in front of me they kept saying one more finally after 4 or 5 in front of me and waiting about anhour plus I got in .they seem to be rushing and trying to fit as much profits as they can .."

"Fanastic Staff and Dr there, I went to have a Heart Scan today 15.02.23 and been a little phobia of needles they were all fanastic and caring explaining it all to me well, even when I did go down hill from the Anxiety of the needle the outstanding care given by the Drs and Nurses and the Technicians and re assurance was fanastic. Highly Recommend them."
