"If I could give it less I would. I had to cancel my appointment approx 25 hours before my appointment, due to unforeseen commitments. I was greeted with nothing but judgement and rudeness from Maureen (presumably the receptionist for the Psychologist) before being hung up on. I rang back due to the severe lack of understanding and compassion and felt it needed to be addressed that the service I received was horrid. I was then lectured about making and sticking to commitments by this woman. She was rude and came off very judgemental. After this interaction I was very anxious and upset, the thing I was hoping this company would help me with. I had cancelled my appointment with the intention of rebooking at a later date, however now I will be sticking clear of Mind Talk Psychology. This is not how you help your psychologists get and hold appointments and this is not how you speak and interact with people."
