"I cannot possibily recommend this business, at least not one of their brokers, Leanne Flood. I started the process of adding to an existing loan (less than 10% added to a loan with over 50% equity - the simplest form of loan), at the end of April 2022. The matter took until mid July 2022 to be processed. There was a 3 week period where I attempted contact via phone and email with no response, I ended up calling another broker at Galaxy Finance to see if she still worked there! As the funds were for home improvements, I lost dates I had booked in for works. I have no idea why this process was so flawed. Perhaps it was due to the fact that the commission for Leanne was not enough, perhaps incomptenence. I'll never know. A warning for others...."
