"It’s a real shame that I didn’t do my homework before using Michael Lewis & Associates.I found the solicitor extremely abrupt. They never answer their phone. And have no compassion at all. My stepfather passed away 3 weeks ago and I had to go to these people to finalize the paper work for his wife my mother. As both of my parents had there will done with this solicitor. I received a phone call regarding me to take a death certificate into them. Within 30 minutes. I went to the office to do this final stage of my Dad’s death.The solicitor approached me at the receptionist desk. No come in & sit down. Everything was done on the receptionist desk (very unprofessional). I was spoken to very rudely & abruptly. So I asked the solicitor to please not talk to me like that. And that there was no need to speak to me like that. And that I have to count the money and get the death certificate out of this folder. The solicitor walked off into an office.And was yelling out things to the receptionist. Again abrupt & unprofessional. There is no excuse or reason why anyone let a lone a customer should be treated & spoken to in the manner in which I was spoken to. The solicitor told me that their business was a third generation business. So why don’t they except payment via a debit or credit card. I have found this solicitor to be of a very different character. If I had of done my homework prior I definitely would not have used this solicitor’s services."

Uses high quality stationery for high priced letters when every one else is into recycling and cost reduction. Forgot to pay mum's funeral bill even though it had been taken out of the disbursements. If you can get the will out of their hands, you can do a better job yourself and save 3 grand."
