"My partner (Japanese national) and I commenced our relationship in July 2019. We made a clear decision to be together as life partners and with the intention for my partner to come and live with me, study and work in Australia. That is when I first came into contact with Ransnow from Southern Cross Immigration Services back in late 2019 where I was seeking advice regarding my options of bringing my partner to Australia permanently. On 1st March 2021, Alla wrote back to me confirming that she has submitted everything on our behalf. The following 2 days, I got an unexpected call and text message saying our 309 visa was granted! We were beyond happy with the outcome and everyone was completely shocked at how short it took ! If there are couples who are also interested in applying for Partner Visas, Alla and her team are perfect ! The one thing I love about them is how responsive and friendly they are.
